Joe founded JJN Capital in 2022, drawing on two decades of senior leadership across some of the world's most complex global businesses. His career spans commercial operations at MSC — the world's largest container shipping line — through to executive roles at Cargill across communications, strategy, and risk management.

At JJN, Joe leads client engagements where brand, reputation, and commercial strategy intersect. He works with maritime technology platforms, commodity trading firms, and logistics operators on the things that matter most: how they position themselves, how they tell their story, and how they turn that into commercial advantage. He brings the strategic rigour of a large enterprise with the pace and directness that growth-stage businesses actually need.

His sector knowledge isn't borrowed — it's built. From pricing export trade lanes to launching a blockchain trade platform, from managing reputational crises to leading AI implementation in live trading environments, Joe understands how these industries work from the inside. She has built and led marketing functions for organisations ranging from digital agencies to iconic cultural venues, with a consistent track record of translating strategy into content and campaigns that actually land.

At JJN, Annie leads on marketing execution and client delivery — turning positioning work into programmes that reach the right audiences with the right message. She combines strategic thinking with practical delivery capability, which is a rare combination and exactly what JJN's clients need when they're ready to move from strategy to market.

Her background spans SEO and digital marketing, content strategy, events, and brand communications — giving her a broad toolkit and a sharp instinct for what works in complex, relationship-driven industries.

Harry Colby

Harry joined JJN Capital in 2025, bringing deep expertise in paid media, social strategy, and global campaign execution. Over the past decade he has built and led social media functions for major international organisations — including extended senior roles at Cargill, where he grew a LinkedIn community from 500,000 to over 3 million followers and directed flagship campaigns reaching nearly 13 million customers.

At JJN, Harry leads on paid media — designing and executing the campaigns that put client work in front of the right audiences at scale. He combines strong creative instincts with a rigorous, data-driven approach to performance, ensuring that every campaign is built to deliver measurable impact, not just visibility.

His experience spans omnichannel strategy, paid social, executive thought leadership programmes, and influencer activation — across sectors including commodity trading, life sciences, and hospitality.
